In Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, Local Events are small, optional activities that occur throughout the Caribbean. They are designed as short narrative encounters that add extra stories, character interactions, and flavor to the world without being part of the main storyline.
These events are generally not as substantial as regular Side Quests and can sometimes be easy to miss. Some are triggered simply by exploring an area and noticing NPC dialogue or an unusual situation, while others only become available after reaching a certain point in the story. In some cases, the event may not even appear on the map until Edward gets close to it.
Local Events can also provide a variety of rewards, including Reales, Art Pieces, Trinkets, Ship Pets, Trade Goods, and Sea Shanties.
