A total of 13 Nursery Rhyme Dolls can be collected in the game. The dolls are needed to solve the Nursery Rhyme Puzzles. One doll can be used to solve several puzzles so when you finish a puzzle don't forget to pick up the dolls you used because they may come in handy somewhere else.
One you collect all Nursery Dolls, you will unlock the "I'll Find You" achievement / trophy.
