All Location Maps in Alan Wake 2

To make it easier to explore the areas available in Alan Wake 2 you should find maps of these areas as soon as possible. These maps are usually posted on boards which you can find shortly after entering a new area. Maps of some locations can be found in a couple of places, you just need to find any one of them.

There are also additional "supplemental" maps. When you find them, additional markers will be added to the base maps indicating where interesting objects such as Words of Power, Cult Stashes, etc., can be found.

Locations on The Real World

1Bright Falls Map #1

Chapter: Return 1: Invitation. Inside the building next to which you park your car when you arrive in town. Above the desk standing next to the front door.

2Bright Falls Map #2

Chapter: Return 1: Invitation. This map is on the wall of the building, next to the phone booth.

3Cauldron Lake Map

Chapter: Return 1: Invitation. You need to approach it and check it right at the beginning of the chapter.

4Cult Stash Map Upgrades

Chapter: Return 3: Local Girl. They marks on your maps the positions where all Cult Stashes are located.

5Sheriff's Station Map

Chapter: Return 1: Invitation. You will be able to examine this map when you come to the police station together with the sheriff, which will be after questioning the people in Oh Deer Diner.

6Valhalla Nursing Home Map

Chapter: Return 5: Old Gods. It hangs on the wall in the resort's office.

7Watery Map #1

Chapter: Return 3: Local Girl. You can find this map inside the Suomi Hall building, right next to the front door.

8Watery Map #2

Chapter: Return 3: Local Girl. An alternative place where you can find this map.

9Wellness Center Map

Chapter: Return 5: Old Gods. You will find this map on the left side, just after entering the building.

10Oceanview Hotel Map

Chapter: Initiation 5: Room 665. This map hangs on the wall in the reception room located on the first floor.

11Oceanview Hotel Map Upgrade

Chapter: Initiation 5: Room 665. The map will indicate where to find Words of Power and Sheriff's Supplies located on the hotel premises.

12Poet's Cinema Map

Chapter: Initiation 8: Zane's Film.

Chapter: Initiation 2: Casey. You can find this map in the subway tunnel, right next to the entrance to the Subway A break room.

Chapter: Initiation 2: Casey. The map will mark where you can find the Words of Power and the Sheriff's Supplies located in the subway area.

16The Dark Place Map #1

Chapter: Initiation 2: Casey. You can find this map near the phone booth where you need to answer the phone (story related).
