Check it: the timeline of Zombi2's malware updates leads back to a single phone. Whoever has it may have a link to HaDoCk.

The phone you are looking for is lying on the table next to the homeless guy and is located behind the wall. To get there personally you would have to go through the restricted area. But you can also use the quadcopter or hack it from the nearby highway.
