Meet with Cristina and investigate police activity in Oakland.
Police and robbers work together so you have to fix this.

6. Prepare an ambush to steal the car
Activate traps, place explosives, open the garage door and/or gate so you will be able to drive out quickly, etc. and hold proper key to engage when ready.
7. Steal the car / Escape your pursuers
8. Leave the car at the dropoff point / Leave the area
Drive to the point and get out of the car. Then leave the area.

9. Meet with Miranda
The OPD has a stressed relation with the Oakland communities. Councilor Miranda Comay will know more.
10. Reach the refinery
The police are working with the Bratva to smuggle drugs into San Francisco. Shut their operation down to bring the Police Chief out of hiding.

12. Prepare an ambush for the drug runners
Try to find a good place to hide, imo the best one is the platform of the crane. The guards shouldn't find you there.
13. Destroy the trucks [0/3]
Use the forklifts with explosive gas bottles to destroy two trucks.

The last truck can be thrown into the water. You can lower bollards to make it a bit easier.

14. Leave the area

15. Reach the docks
The police are swapping vehicles with the Tezcas at the docs. Steal the cargo and deliver it to the internal investigations bureau to provide evidence against the Police Chief.

17. Prepare an ambush to steal the ambulance
You can set many lethal and non-lethal traps here.
You will need to somehow leave the area. For example, you can move or detonate this bottle to make the passage.
18. Steal the ambulance / Escape your pursuers
Eliminate remaining guards, jump into the car, leave the area and get rid of any tail.
19. Drive the ambulance to the drop-off point
Drive to the point marked on your map and get out of the car.

20. Reach Alcatraz
The Police Chief is going to kill the one person willing to speak out against him. Save the witness and Miranda will convince him to testify.
ctOS box is on the roof of the main building. Use the ladder located on the top floor of the prison.
21. Free the witness
The witness is being held in a cell at the middle level of the prison. You need the access key to open this cell.
The easiest way to obtain required access key is to switch between cameras and hack the guard who has it.
Hint: Not triggered guards patrol just the inside galleries of the prison.
This mission is quite hard so I highly recommend the use of the stun gun here to remain hidden as long as possible. You should try to disable two guards on the top level first, then move to the middle level. If you do not have an access key yet, it's time to get it. Disable two guards patrolling middle level, open the cell and release the witness.

22. Escape Alcatraz Island / Escape your pursuers
Go back to the roof. Leaving the building will trigger a red alert. Run to the elevator located at the end of the roof and use it to get down. Run to the marina (watch out for the guards who can run toward the building or patrol the area), get in the boat and sail away.
