When you return to Mirogana at the end of the main quest "False Flag", Danka will contact you via radio and offer to participate in the Kessel Sabacc game. The quest itself will appear in your journal right after completing this main quest.
Danka has invited Kay to a mysterious game of Sabacc in the backroom of the cantina.

To begin Shadows of Deceit you must first complete False Flag.
Quest stages of Shadows of Deceit
1. Win a game against the high-rollers.
Head to Makal's Gambling Parlor. To the right of the elevator to Gorak's headquarters is the corridor through which you can reach the room where the game takes place. When you tell the bouncer that you have been invited by Danka he will let you inside.
Sit down at the table and eliminate all opponents which will mean that you have won the whole game.
Rewards: Credits x 300, Amberine Necklace x 1 (Valuable)

After winning the game, Danka will contact you by radio and you will receive another quest from her - High-Stakes Showdown.
After completing Shadows of Deceit you will get or will be able to get High-Stakes Showdown.
