Gunsmith Star Wars Outlaws Quest

This quest is a follow-up to the "The Safecracker" quest. When Kay hands over the stolen relic to the queen of the Ashiga clan and leaves her chamber, ND-5 contacts her by radio and asks her to meet him because he has found something interesting.

ND-5 has found blaster parts that can be used to construct a powerful module for Kay's blaster. Kay should make sure to get the upgrade before heading out into space.

Prior quests

To begin Gunsmith you must first complete The Safecracker.

Quest stages of Gunsmith

1. Talk to ND-5.

Return to the Trailblazer, you can use the fast travel option, and talk to ND-5. He will give you a part, the Power Capacitor, which you can use to upgrade your blaster.

2. Construct the module.

Use the blaster workshop and choose Modules > Power > Bolt. From now on you will be able to shoot explosive bolts from your blaster. To switch to the power module press the key [3]. Once the power module is equipped, hold down the fire button to fire a bolt that explodes when it hits an enemy.

A standard Power Module configuration that charges up before firing a bolt that explodes on impact.

At this point, this short quest will end and the next main quest - "Breakout" - will begin. You will also be able to start a new syndicate quest for Ashiga clan - "The Broker", and another one - "Gunrunner" - on Tatooine".

After completing Gunsmith you will get or will be able to get Breakout, The Broker and Gunrunner.
