Shortly after arriving on Toshara, the Empire established a comm station at the edge of the amberine canyon. The facility gives the Empire a wider reach in the Toshaal system with minimal interference, ensuring stable communication between Mirogana and the Imperial fuel station in the moon's orbit.

While the Empire's main foothold on Toshara is in the capital city of Mirogana, they have established outposts in the more remote regions. This forward base was built on top of an amberine structure to send a clear message to the locals that the Empire is in control.
