Armorers available in Star Wars: Outlaws sell materials used to upgrade Kay's blaster.
Each shop / vendor in Star Wars: Outlaws has a fixed stock of items that does not change, but can only refresh over time. Gear and quest items can only be purchased once but upgrade materials and consumables can be refreshed. For this to happen, you only need to travel into space and return; this will result in the replenishment of the merchant's inventory.
