Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission Polite Society, Valentine Style.
This mission will be available upon completion of the Polite Society, Valentine Style mission. To begin it, go to the Valentine Sheriff's office.
The sheriff wants you to deliver Benedict Allbright to him. You have to deliver him alive.
Following a tip from the Valentine Sheriff, Arthur attempts to capture and turn in Benedict Allbright, a wanted criminal, out near the Dakota River.

Go to the place marked on the map. The man you are looking for has set up a camp on a cliff overlooking the river.
You can safely approach a man and talk to him. Initially the man will not want to admit who he is, but when Arthur lies about the purpose of his visit, he will reveal himself.
Arthur will draw his gun and try to arrest the man but he will slip and fall off the cliff.
If you want to get the gold medal in this mission, then you cannot allow Benedict to fall off a cliff to the river below. Press the appropriate buttons to pull him back up.
If you don't pull him up, Benedict will fall into the river and if you pull him up, after a while he will jump into the river himself to escape from you. In both cases the current of the river will take him.
Get on your horse and ride the road along the river.
Allbright will swim through a few rapids and then reach a calmer part of the river. Use the lasso to catch him and then pull him ashore and tie him up. To get the gold medal in this mission this should not take you more than 1 minute and 15 seconds.
Load the man on horseback, cross the river and head towards Valentine. If you want to get the gold medal, then you have one minute and 30 seconds to get to the sheriff's office, get Benedict off the horse and take him to the cell.
Drop him on the floor between the cells.
As a reward for bringing a wanted man back, you'll get $50 and gain honor.
