To begin this mission, wake up Uncle and talk to him. You will be able to do this when you reach the Horseshoe Overlook camp, that is when you complete the Eastward Bound mission.
In search of new leads for the gang, Karen, Tilly and Mary-Beth convince Arthur and Uncle to ride out to Valentine with them.
At some point, three ladies, Karen, Tilly and Mary-Beth will join you, and together you will embark on a trip to Valentine.

Prior missions
To begin Polite Society, Valentine Style you must first complete Eastward Bound.
Objectives of Polite Society, Valentine Style
1. Ride to Valentine
At some point you will come across a coachman who has a problem with horses that detached themselves from his stagecoach.
2. Speak to the coach driver
Get out of the wagon, come to the coach driver and offer him your help. You have to help him if you want to get a gold medal.
3. Calm the escaped horse / Lead the horse / Return the horse to the coach driver
You'll find the horse on the other side of the railroad. Go near him and calm him down.
Then lead the horse to the coach driver. You'll gain honor.
4. Get on the wagon / Ride to Valentine
Get on the wagon and continue your journey to the town. Park your wagon near the stable.
5. Follow Uncle
Follow Uncle to the general store.
6. Buy a cigar
You can buy different goods by taking them directly from the shelf (but you need to know where they are).
You can also use the catalogue which is on the counter next to the shopkeeper.
7. Meet outside
Join Uncle who sits on a bench outside the store. You will have a nice time sipping a good liquor.
At some point Mary-Beth will join you and tell you what information she has gained. After a while it will turn out that another girl, Tilly, is in trouble and needs your help.
8. Defuse the argument
Go across the street and convince the stranger who's holding Tilly to leave.
9. Search the hotel for Karen
When Tilly's safe, look for the last of the girls, Karen. You will find her on the top floor of the hotel in room 2B.
The door to the room is locked so you have to open it by force.
10. Beat up the client
There's no need to use a weapon, beat him with your bare fists.
11. Follow Karen / Go outside
Together with Karen, leave the hotel and join Uncle and the other girls outside.
On the street, you'll be spotted and recognized by a man who came from Blackwater. When Arthur tries to get close to him, he'll get scared and start running.
12. Chase the man from Blackwater
Arthur will jump on the back of a nearby horse and the pursuit will begin. If you chase him long enough, he will eventually be thrown out of his horse and, unluckily for him, will hang over a cliff.
13. Deal with the man from Blackwater
You can let him fall and die, kill him or interrogate him and rescue him. If you rescue him then you will gain honor.
If he survives, he'll be so scared that he won't tell anyone who you are.
The mission will end and you will be able to return the "borrowed" horse to the owner (you'll gain honor) or keep it.
After completing Polite Society, Valentine Style you will get or will be able to get Exit Pursued by a Bruised Ego, Good, Honest, Snake Oil and The Noblest of Men, and a Woman.
