You will be able to start this mission after completing The Joys of Civilization mission. To do this, talk to Leopold Strauss, who you will find in your new camp at Shady Belle. Strauss will ask you to recover the debt from a fisherman named Algie Davison.

1. Algie Davison
Algie Davison is leaving in a place called Catfish Jackson, near Scarlett Meadows.
You'll find drunk Algie near the lake.
1.1. Follow Algie
Algie keeps the money at home so you have to go there.
1.2. Wait for Algie or take the drink / Take the box from Algie
When you get in the kitchen, Algie will start looking for money. You can wait until he finds the box or approach the table and take the drink his son has prepared.
In both cases Algie will attack you and you will have to fight him.
1.3. Deals with Algie
1.4. Search the home for the debt
Algie's son hid under the bed in his room. Go there and talk to him and he will tell you where you can find some cash.
Open the footlocker and take the money and the debt will be paid off.
Don't forget to put the recovered debt in the tithing box the next time you visit your camp.
