This is the first mission you will receive when you start a new game. It is a kind of tutorial that will familiarize you with the basic rules of the game, controls, etc.
Power up your allies' Operations in order to resurrect Project Dagger and defeat General Cross.
An ally: John Marshall. John Marshall of Gunbarrel. A tough, no-nonsense old warhorse who keeps that outlaw town running almost single-handedly. Being an old resistance fighter, he understand the importance of technology and spycraft better than anyone. His skills are paramount to the success of Project Dagger, but rumor has it that he has some domestic problems. Apparently the whole town of Gunbarrel is facing the worst mutant infestation in history and they are fighting a losing battle.
An ally: John Marshall. To unlock this mission, you first need to complete the Blackout mission. Some time after that, when you get in the car, John will contact you on the radio and you will get a new mission.

An ally: Loosum Hagar. Loosum Hagar of Wellspring, daughter of war-hero Dan Hagar. She went from guerrilla fighter to Mayor of the greatest city of the Wasteland. She is currently locked in a power-battle with the rich 5 partyboy Klegg Clayton. With her access to military grade vehicles, her help is indispensable.
An ally: Loosum Hagar. To unlock this mission, you first need to complete the Wasteland Celebrity mission and reach level 5 of reputation with Loosum Hagar. Soon after that, when you get in the car, Loosum will contact you on the radio and this mission will start.
An ally: Doctor Kvasir. Doctor Anton Kvasir. Genius scientist with a shifty past. Original Arkist. Pre-Apophis. They say he worked for the Authority and helped create their mutant soldiers... Then he turned on his masters. Joined the cause. Fought alongside my folks in the Authority war. Not sure how I feel about mad scientists at this point, but I do need his help.
An ally: Doctor Kvasir. To unlock this mission, you first need to complete the Ground Control mission and reach level 5 of reputation with Dr. Kvasir. Soon after that, when you get in the car, Kvasir will contact you on the radio and this mission will start.
