To unlock this mission, you first need to complete the Blackout mission. Some time after that, when you get in the car, John will contact you on the radio and you will get a new mission.

Go to the Decrepit House in Sekreto Wetlands and talk to the old man.
Travel to the Death God Cavern and go inside.
Go forward until you reach the fetish room. Along the way you will have to eliminate many muties.
When you dismantle the fetish, you will receive an old uniform and a new gun - the Settler Pistol.
You will have to kill the main boss - Abadon Warlock, and the whole herd of muties that will appear after a while. This is gonna be a hell of a fight.
Go back to the cabin. You will not find the old man there, but he left you a recorded message.
