An ally: Loosum Hagar
Prerequisites: To play this mission, you must first complete the mission Wasteland Celebrity.
To unlock this mission, you first need to complete the Wasteland Celebrity mission and reach level 5 of reputation with Loosum Hagar. Soon after that, when you get in the car, Loosum will contact you on the radio and this mission will start.
Not only was Klegg Clayton behind the assassination attempt of Mayor Hagar but he's also backed by the Authority and General Cross himself. Hagar has found intel on their secret meeting place deep in the jungle. Time to take the fight to them!

Return to the city hall in Wellspring and talk to Loosum.
Travel to Twin Falls.
Blast your way to the top of the complex, where you will have to face a slightly stronger opponent who will come in a futuristic looking plane.
Use the zipline to get to the other side and enter the Goliath Plant.
Goliath Plant is a huge, multi-level complex. You will have to use the elevators to get to the next levels.
On your way you will witness a conversation between General Cross and Klegg Clayton that will end with the death of the second one.
One of the panels will allow you to activate the bridge and get to the other side of the big room.
You will have to kill the cyber crusher. To kill him, shoot the blue element on his chest, when he kneels down, aim at the blue elements on his back, and when you destroy both, shoot at his exposed head.
Finally, you will reach the door leading to the core.
Completely destroy the two consoles. First destroy the central element of each console and then two additional elements that will pop out after a while. When you destroy the first console, enemies will start to appear.
When you destroy both consoles, you will be able to take the core.
The central elevator will take you to the first level of the complex.
Go outside on the same route as you came here, through the side corridor.
Go back to Wellspring Town Hall and talk to Loosum.
The new vehicle will be unlocked - Xerxes III.
