Activate another console.
It will turn on the gravity well on top of another pillar.
Go there and jump up.
Use the gravity well.
You will be transferred to another console, locked by Remnant decryption puzzle.
Correct solution of the puzzle.
Use the gravity well again, you will be transeffed to final location with the chest.
