In Mafia: The Old Country, Mystery Foxes are a type of collectible item scattered throughout the game's open world and story missions. These are small fox statues, often shimmering when nearby, that players can find and collect. There are 50 mysterious foxes in total, 10 of which appear exclusively in specific story chapters, while the rest are available in Free Roam mode.
Unlike other collectibles, Mystery Foxes don't appear on the map until collected, making them harder to locate. They are often hidden in obscure locations, such as behind houses, in the backstreets, etc.
Collecting all 50 Mystery Foxes unlocks the "Mystery Fox Domination" achievement / trophy and grants access to a secret outfit called "Baskerville," available at Enzo's Apartment in Free Roam.
