This substory will be unlocked during Chapter 3. When you visit the Revolve bar and are leaving it for the first time you will be greeted by a girl working there.

Approach the man and agree to test his vehicle. Then defeat the two thugs. When you're done, you'll get your own Street Surfer and will be able to use it at any time.

You can trigger this substory by approaching the dolphin statue located on the islet in the middle of the intersection. Here you will meet a couple who have arranged a date and then Machiko-san fortune teller who will tell you about her app - Miss Match.

Swim up to the drowning person and then try to find 10 people on the beach within 3 minutes who are dehydrated and need water.

This story will be available when you complete the previous story with Raymond - 16. Beach Guardian: Water, Water Everywhere. First, look for the girl wearing a red swimsuit and a straw hat with a blue ribbon on it. Then look for the boy in white swimwear and orange cap.
