You can start this quest by talking to Urban. You can find him in the Sassau monastery.
Urban would like to touch the remains of Saint Procopius, but in local monastery monks do not allow him to do so.

Quest objectives of Saintly Remains
1. Get a piece of the remains of Saint Procopius for Urban.
I offered to help him. Perhaps I could actually get some of the genuine relics. Or I could get a bone somewhere else. One bone is much like another - how would Urban know the difference?
Go to the ruins located next to the Sasau monastery and enter the cave. Pick up the Bowl from the cave.
I offered to help him and I really did manage to get my hands on something.
You can go back to Urban immediately and give him the bowl or you can try to find "better" remains.
2. Get "better" remains.
Maybe I can find something better, but where? It's either dig up some grave in the churchyard, or buy some remains somewhere. It's not like I can just go to the butcher! Who in Sasau would be selling sacred remains?
You can do it in two ways:
A. Buy a Bone from Charlatan. You will find him in Sasau. But in order for it to be possible, you must do it before you complete his quest - Miracles While You Wait.
B. Dig one of the graves at the Sasau Cemetery and take the Bone out of it.
3. Bring the relic to Urban.
Now I just have to bring it to Urban. That is, if I'm satisfied with what I have for him…
Show him the bowl or the bone (You will have to persuade him that's a bone from the remains of the saint).
3.1. Bowl.
The bowl from the cave of St. Procopius seemed like a thing that would satisfy Urban's desire for a sacred relic. And he seemed quite pleased. But he warned me to make sure I put everything back where I found it.
3.2. Bone from a grave.
I figured the piece of bone I found in town would do the job just as well. And I was right. Urban never noticed the difference anyway.
4. Other / unknown objectives.
4.1. The Charlatan's tooth.
Perhaps this tooth can be obtained after completing the Miracles While You Wait quest, if you can find and talk to Charlatan after his escape. Theoretically, he should be in Ledetchko but I could not find him there.
I bought a tooth from the local charlatan for Urban. As I expected, he never noticed the difference and was quite satisfied.
