To start this quest, read the Letter from the secretary of the embassy you will find at some point in the game at the entrance to the De Sardet Residence in San-Matheus.
Your Excellency,
a group of natives came to the embassy and asked to see you. As they could not find you, they asked me to give you the location of a forest where they hope you will meet them. If I may, they seemed relatively agitated and aggressive, so be careful.

Quest stages of Inquisition
1. Go to the woods of San Matheus to meet with the natives
Go to the place in the forest described in the list. There you'll meet some natives standing next to the corpse of the Inquisitor.
They'll ask you to help them find out where the inquisitors are holding their comrades. They'll give you the Letter found on a dead inquisitor and Inquisitor's key they found on the dead inquisitor.
2. Search the house of Inquisitor Claudius
Go to San-Matheus and enter the Inquisitor Claudius's House. Read the letter you find on your desk.
Then go to the top floor and take the chest key you find there.
When you leave the house, you'll come across several inquisitors. You'll be able to convince them that the reason for your visit was legal and they'll leave you in peace. At least for now.
3. Search the office of Inquisitor Claudius
Then go to the Ordo Luminis's Quarters and open the chest standing in the office located on the ground floor of the building.
Inside you will find another letter from which you will learn where the camp is located.
4. Tell the natives about your discoveries
Go back to the natives and tell them what you've found. The inquisitors of Ordo Luminis you met a little earlier will appear and you will have to kill them.
5. Defeat the inquisitor
Deal with the inquisitors.
When you defeat them you will talk for a while with the natives about what happened and what should be done and then the quest will end. Natives reputation +2
