3. Destroy the SAM site
The first SAM site is guarded by three Unidad soldiers.
4. Destroy the SAM site
Protection of the second SAM site is better. Use the explosive drone :-)
5. Locate the patrolling Unidad helicopter
You should use the helicopter. There is one near the place where the Unidad helicopter is.
6. Spy on the Unidad helicopter [0 - 100%]
You need to follow the Unidad helicopter. To be able to receive data you must have visual contact (line of sight) and be closer than ~300 meters.

7. Reach the captured helicopter inside the Unidad base
As you approach the base, the attack of the Santa Blanca soldiers will begin. You should use it and sneak to the helicopter.
8. Enter the helicopter
9. Deliver the damaged helicopter to Eddie's place
Fly low, avoid SAM sites, missiles, etc. The helicopter is damaged, causing additional problems in steering.
10. Mission Complete
Congratulations, you're on every US law agency's most wanted list now. A felon like you is just who Eddie likes play dirty with and, importantly, confide in.
