Quietly kill the single guards then use your gun and /or grenades, explosive drone, rebel support, vehicles, etc. to eliminate remaining gang members.

Try to open the room, it's locked and you need to find a keycode for keypad.
Find a way to the lower level of the mine. Be carefull, don't kill the lieutenant becouse you need to interrogate him!

... and drive it to the Arturo's Bar.
