In Forza Horizon 6, Treasure Cars are a new discovery-based mechanic similar to Barn Finds but with a distinct twist. These represent iconic, abandoned vehicles hidden across the map that players must locate and restore. There are a total of nine such cars to be found.

What are Treasure Cars?

Treasure Cars are rare, abandoned vehicles scattered throughout Japan's diverse landscapes. These cars are not housed in barns. Instead, they are left in the open world, often in scenic or secluded locations like industrial districts, docks, or overgrown rural areas.

How to Find Treasure Cars?

Finding Treasure Cars requires a more observant approach than typical map objectives. Rather than following a GPS marker or searching within a highlighted purple radius, you must rely on visual intelligence provided by a character named Mei - she will send them to you once you get close enough to the location where the car is parked.

She sends photographic clues of the vehicle's current location, forcing you to identify landmarks, specific architectural styles, or natural terrain features seen in the image to pinpoint the car's whereabouts. Once you navigate to the correct spot in the open world and visually identify the abandoned vehicle, you can initiate the recovery process to add it to your collection.
