This quest will appear in your Pip-Boy in the miscellaneous section when you approach The Whitespring - The Whitespring Resort, The Whitespring Golf Club.

1. Collect and hold Whitespring holotapes [x/7]

You need to find seven holotapes. Five of these can be found in the main building of The Whitespring Resort, one in a house located slightly north of it and another one in the main building of The Whitespring Golf Club.
