This quest will appear in your Pip-Boy in the miscellaneous section when you approach one of two entrances to the tunnel: Big Bend Tunnel East or Big Bend Tunnel West.

To complete this task you have to find the corpses of three people. One corpse is inside the tunnel in the side corridor. Two more corpses are outside near the entrances to the tunnel.
