To get these side quests you need to go to Calvin van Lowe's office in Van Lowe Taxidermy in Lewisburg (You visit this place while doing the Lying Lowe quest), look at the map on the wall and read the note pinned on the message board - Unsolved: Sighting at Thomas Farm.
Investigate sightings of unusual white creatures at the Thomas farm.
A note in Van Lowe Taxidermy referred to sightings of unnatural white creatures near the Thomas farm. I should check the place out.
In a ruined barn you'll find Chemical Barrel and Glowing Jar.
There is also Mr. Thomas' Terminal here. When you use it > Aerosolizer Maintenance, you will receive another objective - "Pick up the Chemical Testing Kit".
The Chemical Testing Kit is in a ruined house at the other side of the farm.
Return to Mr. Thomas' Terminal and analyze the sample. You'll get another clue.
More clues (Relocation Note and Veterinary Diagnosis Sheet) can be found in the same ruined house where the chemical testing kit is.
While investigating the Thomas farm following a report of strange white creatures, I found evidence that Farmer Thomas was experimenting with his aerosolizer, and a note indicating that he'd gone to stay at an isolated hunting cabin with his dog.
Go to the cabin, find and read the Confession Note.
One of Lowe's C.L.U.E. case files referred to sightings of a white creature near the Thomas family farm. I learned that Farmer Thomas had accidentally created the mutant albino creatures when, in an effort to cure his sick dog, he added his the dog's medication to the farm's aerosolizer.
