Calvin van Lowe left an entry on his terminal about some kind of meeting with a "Bo Peep" in Bastion Park. I should investigate and try to figure out what it was about.
You need to go to the Bastion Park.
All three clues are close together, in the middle of the playground.
Find and read Wolf's Letter to Bo-Peep.

Calvin van Lowe met a woman codenamed "Bo Peep" in Bastion Park to give a demonstration. Something went horribly wrong, and Bo Peep wound up dead. I found a letter from "Wolf". Bo Peep was supposed to meet him at Sal's Grinders in Beckley. I should investigate.
You have to go to the Sal's Grinders.
Find and use Sal's Personal Terminal located on the top floor > :HQ-RELAY-BRAVO: > (!!!) Check-in #63 > View Replay.
Wolf went to investigate Bo Peep's disappearance and sent a message to his handlers that he'd leave more information in a dead drop in Lewisburg.
