This event can appear on the map in many random places. To start this quest, go to such a place and find the damaged robot called Mr. Messenger.
Ensure Mr. Messenger gets to his destination to deliver his message.
Quest stages of Event: The Messenger
1. Speak with Mr. Messenger
There is an incapacitated Mr. Messenger robot that appears to be waiting for someone to speak with it.
2. Get the {Robot Part} and Fix Mr. Messenger
The Mr. Messenger robot needs someone to replace a nearby component that came loose so it can continue its task.
Somewhere near you should find the part you need. Grab it and use it to repair the robot.
3. Help Mr. Messenger Get to His Destination
The Mr. Messenger robot is offering a reward to anyone willing to help it safely navigate hostile terrain and get safely to its destination.
Follow the robot and defend it from enemies attacking it.
