1. Subdue Mad Dog Malone
Eastern Regional Penitentiary's warden has asked me to help subdue Mad Dog Malone. He's holed up at Grafton Dam.
Make his healthbar drop to zero. Of course he will not be waiting for you alone.
2. Optional: Wait for the marshal (Quest completed)
I helped subdue Mad Dog Malone for the warden of Eastern Regional Penitentiary. A marshal will be by momentarily to take custody of him.
