Lairs in "Endling - Extinction is Forever" are the places where you can safely wait until the next night. There are a total of three such places in the game, which you unlock as you progress.
Hint: The game saves only inside the lairs, so if something goes wrong one day, for example, if one of your puppies dies, just don't return to the lair, but instead exit to the main game menu and then when you continue the game, the day will start from the beginning.
There are three achivements / trophies related to the lairs, which cannot be missed: Home Sweet Home (Reach the first lair.), Surviving (Reach the second lair), and Hard Fox Life (Reach the third lair.) and one more achievement / trophy that can be missed: Tasty (Enter your lair with a full stomach.).
