Achievements / Trophies

A total of 28 achievements are available in Endling - Extinction is Forever. Some of them will be scored automatically as you progress through the game's main story so they cannot be missed.

Badger

In Endling: Extinction is Forever, the badger is a wild animal that you can encounter during your journey. It's not hostile - instead, the badger can actually help your fox family.

Cub Skills are special skills that your pups can acquire. As you progress through the game, all puppies will receive the Jump (Night 4) and High Jump (Night 22) skills. The other six skills are unique to a single puppy.

Distraction Spots

Distraction Spots are specific places in the environment that you can use to draw a human's attention away. These are often piles of trash, objects to knock over, or other interactive elements that make noise. Using them creates a diversion, letting you and your cubs sneak past hunters, workers, or other human threats safely.

Food

In Endling: Extinction is Forever, food spots are locations in the environment where you can find something to eat. These can include berries, small animals, insects, or scavenged human leftovers, depending on the area.

Hazards

Different kinds of hazards that can be encountered traversing the paths such as snares or owls. In brackets I marked the first night during which I encountered them, which does not mean that they will always be there. They can also occur there on other nights, even on the earlier ones.

Lairs

Lairs in "Endling - Extinction is Forever" are the places where you can safely wait until the next night. There are a total of three such places in the game, which you unlock as you progress.

Locked Paths

In Endling: Extinction is Forever, locked paths are blocked routes in the environment that you can't cross right away. They are unlocked at a certain stage of the game.

Other

Other points of interest marked on the Endling: Extinction is Forever map that were not categorized into more specific groups that were created for this game.

Scent Trail Clues

Tracking scents and finding clues will allow you to find your fourth puppy who will be kidnapped soon after the game starts (At the beginning of the third night).

Shortcuts

You can fast-travel between areas using the badger's dens. These tunnels will be made available as you progress through the game. The tunnel entrances are paired making a total of three shortcuts.
