Longing for Her Blacktail Quest

This quest begins after you satisfy your hunger. You should then notice a strange spirit running nearby.
Forced out of her village, accused of an unholy alliance with Baba the Witch, she set out on a quest to find her sister and her friends.
As soon as she regained her strength, an ethereal spirit appeared. Yaga knew that couldn’t have been a coincidence—following it would surely lead her toward the truth.

To begin Longing for Her you must first complete Hunger.
Objectives of Longing for Her
1. Go after the spirit
The spirit will knock down a tree after which you will be able to get to the other side of the stream.
On the other side of the stream you will again see the spirit who will leave something on the ground. Your character will automatically pick it up.
You will learn about the boboks and the shelloks.
Move forward and destroy the obstacles blocking your path.
After a while you should notice a strange hut, the one that haunted you in your dreams.
2. Investigate the Hut
She believed the spirit would lead her toward the Red Oak, but following its trail brought her to the Hut instead. And while it did not look inviting at all, she knew her destiny lay inside.
Approach the hut and go inside through the bone door. When you do, the interior of the hut will transform.
Approach the cauldron standing in the middle and check it.
This way you will find out what its use is and you will be able to make your first upgrade - you can brew the Potion of Vitality.
Then climb the stairs to the upper floor of the hut.
When you get to the top you will watch a cutscene.
3. Follow the trail of crumbs
None of what happened in the Hut was clear to her, as she was just a mere human. An ominous voice seemed to have awakened, Yaga pressed her mask against a cryptic idol, and a trail of crumbs appeared seemingly out of nowhere.
The only redeeming quality of the circumstances was the sight of a beast, majestic beyond description – a black cat extraordinaire. Yaga hoped she could admire him for all eternity, but she knew the path of her destiny was paved with the crumbs...
After the cutscene ends, when you regain control of your character, you should notice trail of crumbs on the ground. Follow it.
They will lead you outside the hut along a path at the end of which there is a barrier made of vines.
You will be able to destroy the barrier with the new skill you received after visiting the hut - Deflect Hocus.
Keep following the trail. At some point, a few opponents will stand in your way. Use your bow and get rid of them.
Eventually you will reach a destroyed bridge. The spirit will get to the other side but you, to get to the other side of the stream, will have to look for a way to fix the bridge.
4. Find a way to rebuild the bridge
Alas, her journey would come to a halt – the trail crossed a broken bridge. Unexpectedly, she proved wise beyond most humans as she seemed to want to avoid getting wet.
Another way to the other side of the river had to be found, or maybe a way to fix the bridge...
In order to repair the bridge you must complete the quest "There Be Dragons", which you will receive when you talk to Borvy Borko and Slippery Jack.
5. Cross the bridge
The mushroom twins, Borvy and Jack, fixed the bridge, just as they promised. Having dealt with the dragon, Yaga could now resume her pursuit of the elusive spirit.
When you complete the quest "There Be Dragons", the bridge will be repaired and you will be able to walk across it to the other side of the river so do it.
6. Follow the trail of crumbs
Continue to follow the path marked by the crumbs. After a while, you'll encounter slightly stronger enemies on your way, which you'll have to get rid of.
Eventually you will reach a ruined hut. Go inside.
7. Investigate the doll
At the end of the trail of crumbs lay a doll. It felt somehow familiar, but Yaga could not quite put her finger on it. That is maybe unless she’d done that literally...
Take a look at the doll lying on the wooden box. When you do this you will be transfered to another dimension - a kind of vision.
8. Match the time and space of a memory
Using the appropriate keys, you must adjust TIME and SPACE to gather the missing parts of the scene. You have to do it three times.
First, set everything up more or less as in the screenshot below.
The next screenshot shows the second alignment.
And the last positioning.
When you do it correctly you will see the whole vision and then return to the real world. The next quest - "Hunting Shadows" - will start smoothly.
After completing Longing for Her you will get or will be able to get Hunting Shadows.
