You can find a total of 7 Toads in the Blacktail game. Find them and interact with them to collect them. Then you can place them near the witch's hut. By finding them all, you will unlock the "Always worth a try" secret achievement / trophy.
Peculiar petrified toads can be found across the land. Each of them seems to host some sort of a memory.
Aside from being petrified, the toads themselves don’t look like they had always been just toads. Well, maybe they should not have misbehaved.
