Blacktail Points of Interest

Amber Spiders

You can find a total of 4 Amber Spiders in Blacktail. Find them and throw them into your cauldron to trigger a memory. By triggering all memories you will unlock the "Entangled" secret achievement / trophy.

Black Cats

By interacting with any black cat you find in the game world, you will be teleported to the black cat sitting next to The Hut. Interacting with the black cat located next to The Hut will simply take you back to the last black cat you interacted with.

Deeds

Deeds are places where you can make a certain decision that will affect your Moral Stance. Doing good deeds will grant you a Good Moral Stance, and performing evil deeds will grant you an Evil Moral Stance.

Fishing Spots

Fishing Spots are, as the name implies, places where you can fish. For this to be possible you must have a fishing rod, which you will get during the quest "There Be Dragons".

Found & Lost

A total of 18 Found and Lost can be found in the game. These are 9 different items, each of them in two versions - Found & Lost. You get half of them after completing side quests and you can get the other half by fishing them out in specific places.

Gnolledge

You can find a total of 10 Gnolledge in the Blacktail game. Find them and interact with them to collect / learn them. By finding them all, you will unlock the "Gnowlledgeable" secret achievement / trophy.

Idols of Unity

An ancient shrine of balance. A symbol of ever-present ambiguity.

Lost Pages

To brew many of the Skills it is necessary to unlock them in advance. This is what the Lost Pages are for. Some pages are automatically acquired during the story, others can be obtained by completing side quests, the last ones must be found in the treasure chests.

Shrines

Shrines are places where you can save your game progress. You must have one Red Herb for the save to be possible. If you die, you will return to the shrine where you made your last save.

Side Quests

Toads

You can find a total of 7 Toads in the Blacktail game. Find them and interact with them to collect them. Then you can place them near the witch's hut. By finding them all, you will unlock the "Always worth a try" secret achievement / trophy.

Totems

You can find a total of 12 Totems in Blacktail. By finding and activating all of them you will unlock the "Loremaster" achievement / trophy.

Treasure Chests

A plain old wooden chest. Who put them out here in the wild? They seem to stand on chicken legs, but can they really move? And if so, do they do it of their own will? That we might never know, but these contain some of the most prized ingredients and curios. It is well worth looking out for them.

Twin Idols

Twin idols are special obelisks that allow you to quickly move from the location of one of these obelisks to the location of a twin obelisk. To do so, simply interact with one of them. Sometimes it will be necessary to unlock one of the obelisks as it may be blocked, for example covered with crystals.

Warden Chests

Warden Chests are special chests that you will only be able to open once you earn one of the three titles that can be earned in the game.
