Bellsprigs

Bellsprigs are characteristic-looking plants that, when you interact with them, will permanently increase your maximum health by a small amount.

Some of the plants are located in the polluted areas and to interact with them you will first have to clean up the area by destroying the nearby RDA Facilities. Other plants, located directly on the RDA Facilities grounds will appear some time after the facility is destroyed.
