Kame'tire Dolls / Puppets are the lost items you must find and collect to complete the "The Dark Theater (Exploration) (13)" quest. There are nine of them in total, and they are all located within the Clouded Forest region.
Once you collect all windswept dolls, you will unlock the "Doll Collector" achievement / trophy.

The StrongFound beneath a moss covered boulder east of The Herbery and south of Sheltering Log Station in The Cut.
Someone has tacked on lumps of clay to make this doll look very strong and full of muscles. Its head is big, even for a doll. It has also been painted with a green hue instead of the standard blue.
