Kame'tire Dolls / Puppets are the lost items you must find and collect to complete the "The Dark Theater (Exploration) (13)" quest. There are nine of them in total, and they are all located within the Clouded Forest region.
Once you collect all windswept dolls, you will unlock the "Doll Collector" achievement / trophy.

The FellowFound beneath a lone rock formation at the river directly south of Shadowed Cove in Cascading Stones.
A doll of an unkempt mane. The hair has not been cared for and it is dressed in comfortable but unfit clothing. It looks relaxed and carefree.

A Kame'tire doll of short stature but very lean build. Looks like a fast sprinter.
The StrongFound beneath a moss covered boulder east of The Herbery and south of Sheltering Log Station in The Cut.
Someone has tacked on lumps of clay to make this doll look very strong and full of muscles. Its head is big, even for a doll. It has also been painted with a green hue instead of the standard blue.
