To destroy the Heavenly Shrine, hit and destroy all the places (2-4) on its surface where glowing golden cracks are visible. After destroying the shrine, you will receive a certain amount of Essence Dust.
Once you destroy all 19 Heavenly Shrines, you will unlock the "False God" achievement / trophy.
