Lore Items are mostly light blue collectible books that provide more information about the world of Atlas Fallen. There are 61 Lore Items in the Monsalar: Wildlands area. Some of them appear only after completing main or side story quests.
Once you collect 30 Lore Items, you will unlock the "Scholar" achievement / trophy.
Warning: One of the lore items in Monsalar is probably bugged or can only be collected at a certain time because after that it disappears. Check the description of the lore item "Letter to the Miners".

Warning: This item is probably bugged because when you don't collect it fast enough it disappears. It appears here only after you get the "Crush Piece" during the main storyline. So in order not to miss it, collect it as soon as the quest "The Power to Reach Thelos" starts.
