Hekate will give you Persephone's Sanctuary Key (Quest Item).
Consistent with her time in Elysium. Alexios got another surprise: Hekate wanted Persephone out of her position as leader. Following Hekate's lead to Persephone's sanctuary may prove useful to both their causes.
