This is a support quest for Chasing the Storm quest.
With everything in the Tempest's control working against them, Alexios, Kleta, and Orontas had to find a way to obtain safe passage out of Achaia in the midst of the lockdown.

Objectives of Safe Passage
1. Talk to the shipyard foreman
You can pay 50,000 Drachmae and skip looking for treasures in Shipwreck Cove or agree to do so.
2. Find and Acquire valuable loot in Shipwreck Cove
Available if you have decided not to pay but to look for treasures.
Hints:
- Loot acquired (You need to collect six items from the seven available)
- The items can be found in Achaia
- They can be found in northern Scavenger's Coast
- Treasures can be found both on land and in water

3. Return to the shipyard foreman
Soldiers will come and want to arrest you, but Orontas will solve this problem.
