Objectives of Port of Lawlessness
1. Burn all the goods in the Monger's warehouse 0/5
You don't have to do this, but it would be good if you freed two prisoners before burning the warehouse.
When you burn the last pack of goods, some bandits and Brasidas will appear. Brasidas will stand on your side and help you defeat them (cinematic).
When you go outside, more bandits will be waiting for you.
2. Kill the Monger's elite and their reinforcements
After the fight you will have a conversation with Brasidas, who comes from Sparta.
3. Quest Completed
