This is a support quest for Hunting the Huntsman quest.
The townsfolk agreed is was no common plague. Alexios joined Neema to investigate a village beset by a strange sickness.
Hints:
Find the Doctor, kill the soldiers and talk to Timosa.
Your ship will be waiting for you in a nearby bay.
Return to the village. You will have to decide who in your opinion is responsible for the situation. You can accuse Magistrate, but it is the fault of the Doctor and she is a member of the Order of the Ancients.
If you accuse the doctor, she will admit guilt and allies will come to her. You will have to defeat them.
However, if you have accused the Magistrate, you will have to kill him and his people. This is a mistake because it is the doctor who is a member of the Order of the Ancients. So you will have to find and kill her later anyway.
Doctor will leave the village so to kill her you have to find her. Another clue where she went you will find in the Aristeas Military Camp. You will find the doctor in the Seaside Hideout.
