When you leave the cave through a gap in the wall after completing Kill the bandits in the cave objective of Hungry Gods quest, you will come across a woman asking for the grace of God.
Since Alexios had agreed to play god, he needed to fulfill the promise he made to the desperate worshipper.

1. Get the bandits' treasure
If you haven't done so yet, go back to the cave where the bandits were and take the Looted Offerings out of the chest that is there.
2. Investigate the woman's home
Hints:
- Why is she asking help from Hermes?
Go to Sami and find [marker]13532[/marker]. Investigate the cart and baskets.
3. Place the treasure from the cave in a basket nearby
4. Quest Completed
