1. Meet the pirate, Xenia

Xenia is on Keos Island
She is in the city of Koressia, in the western part of Pirate's Revenge
She is leading her pirates from the Temple of Athena Nedousia

2. Pay Xenia drachmae

Work is available at the harbor in the city
