This is a support quest for Of Minotaurs and Men quest.
A dangerous man, Swordfish, was said to control Heraklion from the shadows. However, no one had seen him in person for a very long time.

Hints:
Only one man in the port will want to talk to you and give you a clue. At the end of the conversation you will be attacked by three Swordfish's thugs.
You can get the rest of the clues by doing Catch and Release and The Lost Arkalochori Axe quests. You can also go directly to Swordfish's hideout - Hermit's Dive.
Hints:
It doesn't matter if you tell him that you are a member of the Cult or not.
