Daphnae had one last trial for Alexios. She believed that by completing his hunts for Artemis, Alexios had proven himself worthy of challenging her for the leadership of the Daughters of Artemis.
Daphne wants to fight a deadly duel with you. You can refuse to fulfill her wish, or you can fight against her. If you kill her, you become the new leader of Daughters of Artemis and they will no longer be aggressive towards you.
