In order to pay his debts, Markos hatched another get-rich-quick scheme: steal from the Cyclops himself. He swore to Alexios that if they had his obsidian eye, their problems would be over.

You can use Ikaros to tag enemies, making them easier to spot.
The area is very well guarded so do the task quietly. For example, you can wait for the right moment and sneak inside through the door on the north side of the building.
Find and take the Obsidian Eye.
