To begin Legend No More you must first complete The Great Contender.
Objectives of Legend No More
1. Kill Drakios and his guards
If you manage to convince Roxana to give up the fight and join the crew of your ship, you will have to kill Drakios and his guards. Roxana will help you in the fight.
If you want to convince her then you can't skip her training, you have to finish her quests: Sparring with Roxana, Archery Practice and Foot Race. (?)
1.1. Return to Roxana
Roxana will join your crew (Legendary Lieutenant).
2. Kill the final contender
If you couldn't convince Roxana to join your ship's crew or you just wanted to fight her, you'll have to kill her.
In her corpse you will find Roxana's Shield (3343 Drachmae).
2.1. Talk to Drakios
It was a trap. Drakios works for the Cult.
2.2. Kill Drakios and his guards
You will have to kill Drakios and his guards, this time you have to do it without anyone's help.
3. Quest Completed
Rewards: Epic Drachmae, Champion's Axe (Epic Heavy Bladed), Champion's Spear (Rare Spear), Champion's Dagger (Rare Dagger), Champion's Staff (Rare Staff), Champion's Blade, Champion's Mace (Rare Heavy Blunt)
