To get this quest, you need to talk to Magistrate Periktione again after completing the The Best Defense quest.
Freedom must be paid for in blood. Alexios led the forces of Lalaia to war, securing the coast from the Persians like his grandfather before him.
Prior quests
To begin Blood for Aphrodite you must first complete The Best Defense.
Objectives of Blood for Aphrodite
1. Help defend the village against the raiders
Go to where your opponents are and kill all of them.
2. Talk to Thyia
3. Follow Thyia to the village
Depending on what you have done in The Best Defense quest, in the village you will find Periktione alive or her corpse.
If you killed the scouts, Peri will be alive.
If you have destroyed the enemy caches, Periktione will be dead (She was killed by scouts).
4. Talk to Thyia
Go to the place where Thyia is waiting for you and talk to her. If Peri survived, you will be able to have some fun with her. You will also be able to invite her to join the crew of your ship (common lieutenant).
5. Quest Completed
Rewards: Epic XP, Legendary Drachmae, Thyia's Embrace (Epic Torso) or Thyia's Gift (Epic Dagger) - depending on whether in quest The Ore of Aphrodite you told Methiadusa to craft weapons or armor parts, Thyia (Common Lieutenant)
