To begin Ashes to Ashes you must first complete A Herald of Murder.

Objectives of Ashes to Ashes

1. Find and Reach the forest altar

Hints:

The altar is in Argolis
The altar is in the southeastern part of the Valley of Dreams
It's due south of Troezen Military Camp

2. Help the crying baby

3. Save the baby or Kill Chrysis

Save the baby, you can kill Chrysis later (Find a Woman and complete Death Comes for Us All quest).

If you don't care about your child, follow her to the cave and assassinate her.

4. Quest Completed

Reward: Legendary XP

After completing Ashes to Ashes you will get or will be able to get Abandoned By the Gods (1 of 3).
